Several posts were made last Friday (Jan 10) to the Smithers Customer Service Review Facebook page after customers fueled up at 7-Eleven.
According to the posts, water was mixed with the fuel causing their vehicles to quit working and requiring repairs.
7-Eleven Inc. told My Bulkley Lakes Now, “We are aware of the concerns raised by fuel customers in Smithers, and we are currently investigating the matter. At any time, customers can contact our customer service line at 1-800-255-0711 to address any concerns.”
