The latest employment numbers have been released by Stats Canada.
Labour Market Analyst, Vince Ferrao says the provincial jobless rate didn’t really move.
“The unemployment rate in BC was unchanged in November at 6.2% compared with 6.3% in October.
Ferrao says despite the findings more people in the province found work in the past 12 months.
“We have over 2.3 million people working in the province which is an increase of about 60 thousand.”
The national unemployment rate for November was 7.1%.
