Smithers RCMP received a report on December 21st around 10:40 PM of an armed robbery at a Highway 16 gas station in Smithers.
The masked suspect entered with a knife. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police describe the suspect as “an indigenous female, approximately 5’2″, wearing a grey zippered hooded sweatshirt, a black bandana over her face, and wore blue latex gloves.”
The suspect was last seen running toward the Petro Canada Station.
