High Roads Society and IKitchen are seeking a creative mind to spice up its workplace.

The social enterprise is accepting submissions for its “Paint a Mural for Equality” contest. It will award one to decorate a giant, 44 ft. x 12 ft. wall in their building and reward them with $500.

Special Operations Manager Hayley Wilson says the theme of is “equality,” and organisers are pretty flexible.

“Just be really creative. We’re going to celebrate equality and diversity of all humanity. We want something colourful and fun but not political, thank you,” she says.

Wilson says this won’t be an easy feat.

“[Artists] can come in to take a look. There are quite a few interesting features like pipes and heaters and all sorts of things that can be incorporated in.”

Submissions are due on February 15th.
