The Province has made been making improvements along Highway 16, including two within the Bulkley Valley and Lakes.
The Hungry Hill Rest Area had better lighting installed. This is expected to improve safety for locals, tourists, and truckers. Lights were also added to the chain up and chain off pullouts.
The Topley Rest Area also had lighting improvements. Additionally, the stop had landscaping, path construction, and garbage bins installed.
