It was a difficult decision, but Loblaw has confirmed it’s closing the SuperValu grocery store in Houston
In a released statement they say the store was underperforming, and they can’t see a turn-around.
The closing date is set for June 25th. Loblaw says they want to be fair to employees by giving notice. They haven’t confirmed any continuing employment.
