Business awards handed out in Burns Lake

The Burns Lake and District Chamber of Commerce has handed out their annual business excellence awards.
Chamber President Kelly Holiday says the awards ceremony on the weekend was a huge success with over a hundred people attending.
“We also gave away an award for Frits and Riny Goossen of the Comfort Zone,” she says. “They were awarded a lifetime achievement award for 43 years in business. That was a surprise for them.”
The business of the year award was given to Lakes District Maintenance.
