Book lovers rejoice as BC Book Prize finalists Norma Charles and Paul Watson are in the area.
The two are sharing their stories of knowledge and literacy while also promoting the 34th annual BC Book Prizes Gala on May 4th.
Charles visited Walnut Park Elementary this morning, while Watson roamed the halls of Smithers Secondary.
The two are nominated for their books:

A representative from Bulkley Valley Credit Union also presented a cheque for $500 to Walnut Park Elementary as part of the Adopt-a-Library program.

Charles and Watson’s next stop is in Kitimat for a free event Thursday, April 26th, 7 pm at the Kitimat Public Library.
