Flood Watch for the Bulkley Valley has now ended.
The BC Forecast Centre maintained the watch yesterday for precautionary reasons as the area was also under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch.
It was feared the storm would raise water levels in the Bulkley. Now that the storms have passed, this is no longer a concern.
The Centre said the Bulkley river has actually been “below concern” for the past two days.
