The Southbank Canada Post Office continues to be closed for residents after the postmaster retired in December.
Community members will have to continue to travel to Burns Lake to retrieve their mail.
According to Canada Post, this will be until the postmaster position is filled.
“All mail and parcels can be temporarily picked up at the Burns Lake Post Office located at 388 Government Street,” said Velerie Chartrand with Canada Post media relations.
The post office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
She added that patience and understanding from residents is appreciated.
