Another hot day in Burns Lake yesterday (Wednesday) broke their daily high temperature record.
The day’s high was 32.8 degrees, not much higher than the 1958 record of 32.2.
15 other communities across the province also broke records including Williams Lake (33.1), Mackenzie (34.4), Chetwynd (35.1), and Dawson Creek (34.4).
Most of the province is under an extreme heat warning, but it’s not expected for the Bulkley Valley and Lakes District.
