The district finished holding it’s public consultation meetings early last week, and will be discussing all suggestions.
While there have been talks of closing the shed, Director Bill Miller says there is still a demand for them and hopes that they can continue to exist.
“Both the public and the board table both said that there is a need for somewhere where the public can drop stuff off and go through a re-use process, so there will definitely be something come out of there,” he says.
The Waste Management Committee will meet on December 10th.
