41-year-old Jennifer Derbyshire of Smithers is okay.
In an email, North District RCMP Media Corporal Dave Tyreman says “Jennifer has contacted police and she is safe and sound. No other info will be provided.”
Her whereabouts has not been confirmed.
Derbyshire went missing on Wednesday after dropping off her kids off at school around 8 AM.
She was driving the family’s navy blue Dodge Caravan.
Tyreman confirmed she was at a Walmart in Quesnel Wednesday evening, and possibly spotted in Vernon on Thursday.
