There’s a new wurst business on Main Street in Smithers.
“Rudolph’s Pure Sausage” left its spot in Telkwa to set up shop where “Off My Griddle” used to be.
Owner Holger Rudolph is from Baunatal, Germany. He trained to become a master sausage maker and thinks all you sausage brats will want to stop in.
“We have the best sausages here in Smithers and everything that we have in store was made in our store.”
The store also has a dining area for 20 people.
After the Easter weekend, it will be open Monday through Saturday.
