The Smithers Fire Chief will be cutting his hair into a Mohawk with all the colors of the rainbow.
With over 10 thousand raised, Keith Stecko’s goal has been topped, and now he has to live up to his promise.
The money through a go fund me page is raising funds for the Harris family and the cost of battling 4-year-old Carter’s digestive disease and his mother’s health complications.
Stecko’s been touched by the big hearts in Smithers.
“It reminds me once again that when the community puts their minds to something really, really cool things happen,” says Kieth.
Tomorrow at Bovill Square a surprise event and spectacle in Support of the Harris family, Cut Loose For Carter, will kick off at noon. All are invited.
