The community of Burns Lake came out to help support the Terry Fox Foundation this weekend.
Here’s Organizer Carla Carlson.
“We had 350 people on site,” says Carlson, “and so far we’ve raised $12,773.”
Carlson says they do expect the total amount raised to increase as more donations come in.
She says some year’s have seen $20,000 raised, but she’s pleased with how this year’s numbers so far.
