The Smithers RCMP have been busy dealing with several break and enters recently.
Staff Sgt Kirsten Marshall says last Saturday, someone used a pry bar and then kicked in the door of a shop on the Telkwa High Road.
Several tools, including a chainsaw were swiped.
The following Sunday, a logging truck on Lake Kathlyn Road was broken into and a light bar, tool box and tire chains were taken.
Then on Friday, the front door of a home on Coalmine Road was broken but nothing appeared to be taken.
On this past Saturday night two homes in Smithers were broken into.
One on Laughlin Road where a lap top was taken and the other on Morice Drive where a window was pried open and a collection of various international currencies was taken.
Anyone with any information about any of these crimes are asked to call the Smithers detachment.
