The Burns Lake Chamber is already thinking about Canada Day.
Acting administrator for the chamber Susan Schienbein says they are looking for some more
residents to help with the planning.
“We would actually like to enhance some of the activities that we provide as part of the Canada Day celebrations,” she says. “Some of those enhancements are increasing the children activities, having a bigger and better parade than last year — which was fabulous.”
There is a meeting today but for those interested in helping out that can’t make it can contact the chamber for more information. The next planning meeting is scheduled for April 8th.
