Male Orpheus Choir makes their way through Northern BC

The Vancouver Orpheus Male Choir is currently making their way through Northern BC and are stopping in Smithers this evening (May 29th) at 7 pm. They will be performing with Local Vocals at the Smithers Reformed Church.

If you’re looking for a rare opportunity to get out and see something new, this is it.

This is just one of the many stops they are making, as they have already electrified crowds in Kitimat and Terrace.

The group will make their way to Burns Lake tomorrow (May 30th) as they perform with the Lakes District Choir at the First Mennonite Church, also scheduled for a 7 pm start time.

Tickets for these shows are $10 for students, $15 for seniors and $20 for adults.

Background on the Vancouver Orpheus Male Choir: Formed in 1992 for men of all ages who enjoy singing, the choir focuses on popular songs from many times and lands, including Broadway show tunes, spirituals, sea shanties, and rousing male voice classics.

More information on the group can be found here.
