The Smithers Steelheads broke a four-game losing streak on Sunday, outscoring the Nechako Northstars 6-3 in the Central Interior Hockey League.
The game was tied 1-1 after one period and the Northstars were up 3-2 after two before the Steelheads rallied with four unanswered goals in the third.
The Northstars play their final home game of the regular season against the Terrace River Kings on Saturday in Vanderhoof.
The Steelheads play their final home games against the Prince Rupert Rampage on Saturday and the Terrace River Kings on Sunday.
