Construction on Houston’s Mac Park Campground expansion project is set to start on Monday.
According to the district, it will affect both the existing campground and the boat launch.
The work is to introduce 16 new RV campsites with power, and washroom and shower facilities to support tourism and community use.
The district added the campground and boat launch are expected to reopen in August.
