The Smithers Steelheads had mixed results in their final regular season home games in
the Central Interior Hockey League CIHL).
On Saturday, they crushed the Prince Rupert Rampage 6-1.
John Creswell scored twice for the Steelheads who enjoyed period leads of 2-0 and 3-1.
On Sunday, Smithers lost to the Terrace River Kings 3-2.
Ethan Perry and Cole Rennie tallied for the Steelheads in the loss.
The game was tied 0-0 after one and Terrace led 2-1 after two.
The Steelheads hit the road for one final regular season game in Prince Rupert on Saturday.
