Airfare deals for BV residents

While the company may have left, Hawkair is still helping the Bulkley Vally travel.

The airline will be offering people within the Valley a promo code for 20% off airfare in and out of Terrace.

Hawkair President Jay Dilley says this isn’t necessarily compensation for pulling out of Smithers airport.

“This is a way for us to still allow our guests that have enjoyed travelling on our aircraft, and enjoyed the service that we provide the ability to connect to the world around us,” he says.

In order to get the code, people must sign up online on the Hawkair website. The code will be distributed in the coming days.
