Mining Luncheon Promotes Local Business

Smithers District Chamber of Commerce annual Mining Week Luncheon will; be held tomorrow.

It’s a great opportunity for the mining community and Smithereens to share ideas and network.

Chamber of Commerce spokesperson Heather Gallagher there will be guests speakers and presentations from Bulkley valley businesses.

“What we have is a panel of local business people who are going to be talking about how mining helps their products that they sell or help make the products that they sell, which is kind of cool,” she says.
